  • Who answers your phone and web messages when I reach out for a service request?

    • A member of our team will answer your email, phone call or direct message. We understand that your time is valuable, that is one reason we have experience personnel ready to answer any and all questions you may have without needing to “transfer you” or “call you back later.”

  • What is the Second Opinion Service and when should I get one?

    • Our Second Opinion Service is focused on sewer line issues. For more information take a look here Second Opinion

  • How long should my Water Heater last?

    • The honest answer is that it varies. There are many factors that contribute to the life of a water heater including proper installation, maintenance and brand quality. If it is installed correctly and maintained the lifespan of a water heater should be at least between 7-10 years.

  • I saw something about Gas Lines. Can you tell me more?

    • Absolutely. Gas lines are a one of our favorite topics. Outdoor kitchens, fireplaces, fire pits, stoves and even generators all need to be installed correctly and meet safety guidelines. Morgan Miller Plumbers are trained to work on all of these ensuring your home is safe from gas leaks.

  • What should I NOT put down my garbage disposal?

    • Table scraps are the only thing that should be put down a garbage disposal. Stay away from fruit peelings, fats or meaty items.

  • Do your plumbers work on commission?

    • No. Morgan Miller Plumbing takes pride in paying our team members a wage that takes the “sales plumber game” off the table. In fact, it didn’t even get through the front door.

  • Why do you love Facebook so much?

    • You mean Book Face? Inside joke. We discovered Facebook prior to it being cool, over the years our founder Jeff Morgan has attended Small Business Council meetings at the corporate offices, participated in outreach and has made countless friends all over the world.
